Can I still brush my teeth normally?

Absolutely! There is no need to change your normal dental hygiene regimen.

What if I wear a retainer, invisalign or have braces. Can I still get a tooth gem?

Yes. Please bring your retainer with you to your appointment so we can discuss options your consultation to ensure a proper fitting.

What if I wear veneers, dentures, etc? Can I still get a tooth gem?

Yes! We now have a solution for those with artificial teeth with our new, advanced combination formula specifically made for veneers, dentures, and crowns.​

Can I remove a tooth gem?

Tooth gems will naturally fall off. If you would like to remove early, it is 100% reversible. You should only have your gems removed by a dental professional. 

What if I accidentally swallow a tooth gem?

Totally ok! Tooth gems will be released naturally just as your normal food consumption is. They have no sharp edges and are small in diameter. All the gems are led-free crystals.

Can I eat/drink right after my tooth gems are applied?

No. Please wait 60 minutes before consuming anything to ensure your gems sets.

If you are registered in our system and can prove your purchase, we will one-time replace your crystal at no additional cost within the guarantee period. Replacement is non-transferable and excludes chandeliers, gold and diamond charms. Guarantee does not apply to any free gem promos. Service appointments under the guarantee are free but if you miss your service appointment without 24 hours notice, there will then be a $25 fee to reschedule.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?

All deposits are non-refundable, even if you cancel your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, 24 hours notice must be given in order to have your deposit apply to your new appointment day/time. If 24 hours notice is not provided, you can still reschedule but the original deposit will not be applied to your new appointment total.

Are their age requirements to get tooth gems?

No! Everyone is welcome! All you need is a parental consent.
